Hopefully you love everything you have purchased! At Sweet Southern Shore, we understand that sometimes your sweet item just doesn't work out, so we are here to help! We are happy to accept returns, and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s) to your email. Please review our full return policy below.

Please email us at SweetSouthernShoreReturns@gmail.com and we will send you a return form to fill out and mail back to us with your return purchase.
  • There are two ways to send an eligible return:
    • Send back the return yourself, using whichever shipping method you prefer (address provided below) -or-
    • Submit a return request and we will e-mail a return shipping label to you! Please Note: The cost of the label will be withheld from your total store credit refund.
    • You can print off the return shipping label and affix it on your package, then take it to your local USPS (post) office.
    • Labels cannot be used more than once. If a label is used more than once to return multiple items, we reserve the right to withhold additional funds from a return to cover the return shipping cost.

• All Sale Items (including clearance, flash sales, and items with discounts 20% off or more)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
• All items must have the original tags on them. If tags have been torn off, they are not eligible for return.

• Merchandise must be UNWARN and UNWASHED. Any items sent back with stains, appear to be worn, smell of smoke, deodorant, or have pet hair/ pet odor, will not be eligible. An item that has only been worn once, is not eligible for return.
Items may only be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only. Items must be returned to our warehouse within 20 days of the purchase date. Credit will be applied for the item only, not including shipping and handling charges.
Please allow 4-5 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 5-7 business days for our Sweet Southern Shore girls to return and process your store credit.
*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the allotted window.
Please remember: If you place an order, and forget to use your store credit, we will not be able to apply credit once a purchase has been made.
If you send back merchandise that is not eligible for return, or we receive a package back from our shipping carrier due to the address being undeliverable, you will be responsible for calling and paying a $5 return shipping charge. We will hold these items described above for 10 days. After 10 days, they will be donated to a local charity.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing due to incorrect size, or improper care and handling.

Exchanges

We have a limited number of each charming style featured on the site, and because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. Luckily, Our Sweet Southern Shore girls feel your pain and love the clothes just as much as you do, and they’ll issue you a store credit via email as soon as possible (See Return policy)! If the right size in the right style is available, you can use your new store credit to snatch it right up!


Order Cancellation

Our Sweet Southern Shore girls work fast to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, please call as soon as possible to cancel your order. Once orders have been sent out (1-2hrs after order placement), unfortunately there will be nothing we can do, and you will have to go through our return process.
